Harry Windsor Ringing Centre Home
Welcome to The Harry Windsor Ringing Centre.
The Harry Windsor Ringing Centre at Kineton in Warwickshire, was named in memory of Harry Windsor MBE (1932 – 2007). The Ringing Centre was developed in 2008 to provide facilities and educational support for Bell Ringing in the surrounding area.
The ringing centre uses the techniques and practices of the Integrated Teacher Training Scheme and supports the ‘Learning the Ropes’ syllabus for learners. Most teachers are members of the Association of Ringing Teachers.
Harry Windsor was actively involved with the examination and restoration of bells throughout the area and held several offices for The Coventry Diocesan Guild of Bell Ringers who recognised his huge contribution to Bell Ringing by giving a bell to Kineton in his memory.
The centre has recently installed a dumb bell.
